Courses for 2010

You may use this form to book course places or to buy a Voucher.

The prices of the 2-day and 5-day courses have been held for the third year running at Ł395 and Ł850 respectively. The Baking for a Living and Baking for Community courses have been extended to three and a half days and now cost £595. To see what you get for your money, click here. You may also use this form to buy a gift voucher that can be used as full or part payment for appropriate courses.

If you want to keep your gift a surprise, just let us know and we will send the voucher 'under plain cover'.

Course charges include:

all tuition, ingredients and materials
a signed copy of Andrew Whitley's recipe book Bread Matters
an organic cotton apron
coffee, lunch and tea and one evening meal with wine - all using organic and local ingredients

Extra dinner guests are welcome at a cost of £30 (wine included).
